Pay On-line! is committed to protecting the privacy of both: merchant and customer. The information merchants and customers provide us is used to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
To process an order we need to know customer name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to quickly process and fulfill order and to notify customer of his order status.
All of the customer and merchant data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Pay On-line! does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Pay On-line! does however provide customer name and contact information to the merchant of the products customer purchase. Pay On-line! may also provide these details when required to do so by law enforcement agencies.
Security
When customer places an order, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information before it is sent to us, SSL is the most widely accepted form of encryption for online transactions.
We take care of the rest on our sophisticated transaction processing system. Businesses get all the advantages of our fast, reliable commerce servers; powerful databases; and fast, encrypted connection to a Secure Payment Engine.
Using a Pay On-line! approved SSL API, all orders and payment information sent through the Internet will be encrypted using industry standard RC4 encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed through the gateway, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the website. Once at the web server, it is decrypted and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant. The gateway SSL API guarantees that the orders information generated by the merchants web server and payments information provided by customer remains totally secure.
